Polyansky: Russia will return to grain agreement if seven conditions are met

Russia's Deputy Ambassador to the United Nations, Dmitry Polyansky, told a Security Council session tonight that Russia would return to the grain agreement if seven conditions were met, among them those relating to exports of Russian grain and fertilizers and relinking to the SWIFT system.
