Emergency Management B.C. to conduct alert test on cell phones, radio, and TV on November 25

On Wednesday, British Columbians may receive an emegency alert message on their phones, hear one on the radio, or see one on TV—but it's only a test.Emergency Management B.C. stated in a news release that it will conduct a test of the B.C.’s wireless alerting system at 1:55 p.m. (Pacific time) tomorrow (November 25), as part of biannual testing of the National Public Alerting System known as the national Alert Ready system.
