Ronald K. “Ron” Terrell, age 70, of Mount Washington, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at UofL Health – South Hospital in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. He was born on August 20, 1955, in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, to George Edward Terrell and Opal Gray Terrell, who preceded him in death.
