Romona “Mona” Taylor, 62, of Glouster, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2026, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. Born June 19, 1963, in Columbus, she was the daughter of the late James and Thelma Marshall Congrove. Romona was a caring person who opened her home to anyone who needed a place to stay.
