EADaily, December 3rd, 2025. The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has denied the statement of the Romanian Ministry of Defense about the destruction of the Ukrainian unmanned boat Sea Baby in the Black Sea.
Ukraine’s Security Service said on Wednesday that none of its Sea Baby naval drones, which perform operational tasks in the Black Sea, were lost or entered Romanian waters. Bucharest had previously reported the destruction of such a vessel, the report came from Reuters. “None of the ‘Sea Baby’ SBU drone systems entered Romanian territorial waters,” the press service of the Ukrainian secret service, which developed and operates these naval drones…
The Romanian military discovered a drone about 36 nautical miles east of Constanca.
Ukraine's security service said it had not lost naval drones in the Black Sea, denying Romania's message about the destruction of the Sea Baby drone.
