Romanians Complain About the Conditions on Trains. What They Complained About to Consumer Protection
The commissioners of the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) have received multiple complaints regarding rail transport, and the most frequent issues reported refer to the lack of air conditioning and the fact that the toilets were not sanitized. The control teams are to verify these complaints, and will also visit several stations to see how the journey is carried out.
"There have been very many interviews with people in trains, they need to travel in difficult conditions of imagination," writes a communiqué of the institution.
The National Consumer Protection Authority shall carry out checks during this period on several railway routes after the institution has received numerous sessions relating to the conditions of travel of trains.
