The Slovenian star could miss the three-week race for the first time since he started racing in the World Series. The reason is probably an accident in training.
Since Primož Roglič was hit by a car at the end of July, there has been no fresh information from either him or the Red Bull team about his injury, but it is quite possible that the Slovenian cycling ace will miss the Tour of Spain.
Primož Roglič's participation in this year's Vuelta a España is apparently still very uncertain. According to information from the Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, the chances of the 36-year-old Slovenian starting the Vuelta on August 22 are currently only 50%.
