The government approved the DPR's proposal regarding criminal provisions, namely the addition of criminal sanctions and the proposal to strengthen the subject of criminal penalties for motor vehicles exceeding the load or ODOL not only for drivers, but also for vehicle owners, corporations, and also owners of goods.
The Minister of Transportation is targeting completion of the revision of the LLAJ Law by 2026 and its implementation in 2027.
