On Aug. 6, it was announced that Riley Herbst, driver of the No. 35 Toyota for 23XI Racing, would represent the Big 12 alongside Monster Energy. Earlier in 2026, it was announced that the Big 12 and Monster Energy were partnering for future athletic seasons.
