The municipality of Rijswijk will be taking a less strict approach to the nuisance caused by fat bikes around Bogaard City Center. Mayor Huri Sahin stated in a letter to the city council that there are insufficient staff to continue the intensive enforcement of recent months. Enforcement was stepped up last summer following increasing complaints from residents, business owners, and visitors, Omroep West reports.
