Right to Repair Is Coming to Poland. There Will Be Obligations, Inspections, and Fines of up to 40,000 PLN.

The amendment to the Consumer Rights Act, prepared by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, which implements the EU Right to Repair, is nearing completion. Among other things, it introduces a repair obligation and extends the seller's liability period. The bill is expected to be adopted by the government and submitted to the Sejm in the fourth quarter of this year.
