Rhode Island Energy Seeks New Solar Net-Metering Rules

Rhode Island Energy has asked state regulators to approve a revised net-metering tariff that would cut the cap on certain ground-mounted remote-solar projects from 275 to 175 megawatts and create an optional 19-cent fixed credit for eligible projects.
