Revaluations: Immofinanz CPI Europe made a profit again in 2024

The market environment improved thanks to falling interest rates. Revaluations turned from deep red to pale black to a total of 12.6 million euros.

In 2024, CPI Europe increased its rental income by 10.4 percent to €589.2 million. At EUR 489.6 million, the result from asset management was 17.0 percent higher than in the previous year and the operating result was increased by 43.3 percent to EUR 408.7 million.
