A seaship loaded with approximately 6,200 tons of bitumen failed, on Wednesday, on the Sulina Canal, at sea mile 28+1/2 between Maliuc and Partizani. Seaship-tank Lil Stella, under the Hong Kong flag, travelled from Greece to the Galatian port and had 18 crew members on board.
