The Public Prosecutor's Office formalized those convicted of the crime of breach of sentence, leaving all without precautionary measures since they are serving different sentences.
In a formal hearing held today - Tuesday, August 26th - at the Valparaíso Guarantee Court and led by Judge Camilo Obrador, Claudio Alexander Fornes Vicuña, Jairo Adonis González Miranda and Juan Israel González Quezada were formalized for the crime of a breach of sentence, leaving them without precautionary measures, since they have been serving sentences since they were arrested on August 23.
