Residents of Tasiilaq, the largest town in East Greenland, staged a large protest march last Sunday to protest the isolation and political indifference towards the residents of the settlements on the east coast of the country, the closest to Iceland. A solidarity march was held in the capital Nuuk on the west coast at the same time.
