Inmate dies after 11 days at Fulton Reception & Diagnostic Center

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) An inmate at the Fulton Reception & Diagnostic Center died 11 days after being at the facility. The Missouri Department of Corrections said Darnell Davis, 34, died on Sunday at 7:53 a.m. at the facility.
