A new analysis by KANEP/GSEE highlights critical changes in the teaching profession: increasing and now consolidated dependence on substitutes, intense aging of staff in secondary education, low salaries, high level of qualifications and skills, burdensome working conditions and signs of declining attractiveness of key university departments that feed the profession.
