Reported structure fire closes portion of Main Street
A reported structure fire at Joe's Gas, 341 Main Street, has closed a portion of the busy road in Wareham Center around 1:50 p.m Thursday, April 23. Traffic was slowed up and down Main Street and vehicles were diverted to Route 6 and Sawyer Street in the meantime. Further information as to status of the building and estimated time travel can resume is to be determined. No smoke was visible at the time of publication.
