ENFIELD: Paving and microsurfacing work has started over the weekend on a stretch of Hwy 102 known to be bad for its condition. Work on repaving from exit 8 in Elmsdale to Exit 7 in Enfield began on Sept. 22. The prep work for paving will be carried out during daytime hours, from 9 a.m. until sunset.
