Rental of electric scooters was banned in ChernivtThe Chernivtsi City Council on August 10 terminated the memorandums with Bolt, Vevi and Jet.ua due to complaints about parking and traffic violations. Companies have 14 days to remove the scooters, otherwise they will be forcibly moved.
Chernivtsi City Council has decided to terminate memoranda with three electric scooter rental operators.
So far, the petition has 132 signatures.
Electric scooter rental operators Bolt, Vevi and Jet.ua have to remove transport from city streets within 14 days. If this is not done, the authorities promise to evacuate them to the temporary storage site.
