STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Wagner College celebrated its acquisition of the former St. John’s University campus on Wednesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and an official hoisting of the Seahawks flag, marking the beginning of “an exciting new chapter” for the Grymes Hill school.
