The only detainee who was imprisoned for the shooting suffered on 18 April last by a 25-year-old Algerian who died on the portal of his home in Torrevieja is already on provisional release without bail by court order for more than a month. This involved, 49 years old and also of Algerian origin as the victim, was initially identified as one of the two motorists who arrived at the crime scene on Calle Bergantín in Torrevieja.
