Recycling centre to ban unsorted black bin bags and limits on collections

Ceredigion residents are to be limited to three black bin bag collections at a time from April and recycling centre staff are checking the contents of bags brought to their sites.

Retailers and brand manufacturers such as Migros, Coop, Nestlé and Emmi are launching a new collection system. The details are now known.
