I have in the past criticized how soft on crime local judges and county attorneys are. I ask you to review the “Matters of Record” that appear weekly in the News Tribune. But, at the national level, it seems to be even worse for serious crimes. Almost daily you hear of mostly men, immigrants, and non-immigrants being released with little or no bail who commit horrendous acts of violence.
