RD Management Announces Completion of Major Redevelopment at Casselberry Exchange Shopping Center, Welcomes New BJ's Wholesale Club

RD Management LLC announced the completion of Casselberry Exchange's redevelopment, anchored by a 104,055-square-foot BJ's Wholesale Club, as part of its long-term strategy.
After acquiring the Casselberry Exchange Shopping Center, RD Management LLC invested more than $6 million to revitalize the property, which was initially 23% occupied with approximately 90,000 square feet of vacant space.
Physical improvements also included refreshed landscaping, upgraded parking, modern lighting, infrastructure improvements, and RD Management LLC secured commitments for all remaining retail units at Casselberry Exchange Shopping Center.
The center is expected to reach 100% occupancy by early 2026, and RD Management LLC says this aligns with its long-term strategy to create community-focused destinations at Casselberry Exchange Shopping Center.
RD Management LLC credited the City of Casselberry's pro-business approach for expediting redevelopment, and its platform of over 150 properties plus BJ's Wholesale Club partnerships supports similar future projects.
