Liberty Lake, WASH. -- Drivers who use westbound I-90 in Liberty Lake should plan for additional travel time starting Monday. Washington Department of Transportation says contractor crews will resume a project to install ramp meters at the Harvard Road interchange. As part of this work, the DOT says crews will close the Liberty Lake Road
