The Rajasthan Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has arrested a middleman, Sajjan Kumar, for allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 2 crore on behalf of SOG Additional Superintendent of Police Mukesh Kumar Soni. The bribe was reportedly demanded for assistance in a case, and further investigation is ongoing.
The Rajasthan ACB detained Additional Superintendent of Police (SOG) Mukesh Kumar Soni at his home in Balotra in connection with an alleged bribe of ₹2 crore in connection with the Udaipur 272-lot plot case. His alleged broker, Sajjan Singh Jain, was caught accepting ₹2 crore.
