Dhananjay Rai, a head constable of the Rapid Action of Force (RAF), sustained minor injuries after an unidentified person hurled a grenade at a CAPF outpost in Imphal on Thursday. The head constable hailed from Uttar Pradesh. He was taken to JNIMS hospital for treatment and was later discharged. Police have undertaken inspections and frisking operations in the area.
