The highest court in France, in a judgment delivered on Wednesday, considers that the rapes committed in the so-called "French Bukkake" case were committed with the aggravating circumstance of racism and sexism, paving the way for a trial.
In this judicial proceeding concerning the pornographic platform, 16 men will be tried for "rape" or "trafficking in human beings".
In a judgment delivered on Friday, 16 May, which "Liberation" was able to consult, the High Court granted almost all the requests of the civil parties to take into account several aggravating circumstances, allowing a trial before a popular jury.
The highest court of the judicial order thus broke a decision of the examining chamber, which had ruled out these aggravating circumstances in February.


The highest court of the judiciary has asked the Court of Appeal to reconsider this case in order to ensure that these aggravating circumstances are retained. 17 men are suspected of having participated in a system charged with aggravated rapes on dozens of women during filming.
On Friday 16 May 2025, the Court of Cassation recognized the sexist and racist nature of the rapes denounced during the shootings for the pornographic platform French Bukkake.
