Riders using rabbittransit’s fixed-route bus services in Gettysburg and several other communities will see a new way to pay for trips beginning Tuesday, when the transit agency launches its new rabbitPAY fare collection system and implements its first fare increase in eight years. The new system will be available on fixed-route services in the Capital
