A Queensland technician and his fencing and terrace construction company have been fined AU$45,000 and ordered to pay nearly AU$200,000 in damages for failing to deliver goods and services. According to Australian property investment website, the technician, Brendan Hawxwell, and his company have pleaded guilty to 36 charges of violating Australian consumer regulations for failing to deliver and provide services to more than 30 clients.
