Vladimir Putin has unveiled a hulking new nuclear submarine capable of launching torpedoes said to be able to create "radioactive tsunamis". The submarine, known as Khabarovsk, is able to launch Mr Putin's Poseidon nuclear drone at Nato allies - and has been described by the Russian leader as "impossible" to intercept.
