Puratos Cacao-Trace Cocoa Available In Chocolate Compound Products In Canada
Puratos has announced that several compound chocolate products made at its Foleys facility in Richmond, B.C., will now use certified cocoa from the company’s Cacao-Trace program. Through the program, Puratos partners with cocoa farmers and post-harvest centres, the company said in a news release.
