A councilwoman from the Municipality of Puertollano (Ciudad Real) has accepted this Tuesday six months of a fine for advertising the PSOE on the day of the general elections of July 23, 2023. The edil has closed an agreement in accordance with the Public Prosecutor’s Office that does not include any penalty of disqualification. The Public Prosecutor’s Office initially claimed nine months of a fine.
