Public Service Commission dismisses Andersons Inc. complaint

LINCOLN — The Nebraska Public Service Commission, on Tuesday, Sept. 22, approved an order dismissing a complaint against The Andersons Inc., and accepted a stipulated agreement between the Ohio-based agribusiness and the PSC’s Grain Department.

The complaint, filed Aug. 6, alleged The Andersons, an Ohio-based agribusiness, had not paid for multiple grain deliveries in Nebraska.
