Public service: Arbitrator for more money in two stages

In the civil service conflict between the federal and local authorities, the conciliators proposed an increase in income in two stages. On 1 April, there should be an increase of three percent, but at least 110 euros more per month.

The conciliation commission set up by employers and trade unions has now put forward a proposal for a solution.

The conciliators in the collective bargaining dispute of the public service of the Federal Government and Kommen propose a two-stage increase in income: by first three percent and another 2.8 percent in the coming year. Now the collective bargaining parties are on the move.

Following the failure of the collective bargaining process for 2.6 million employees in the public sector, a proposal for agreement has now been reached.

The Conciliation Commission meets several days in the collective dispute between trade unions and public employers. Now there is a result: the panel recommends a degree that increases salaries in two stages.
