Public Media Infrastructure has appointed its inaugural Board of Trustees, formalizing governance for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting-funded consortium created amid last year’s public radio distribution funding dispute between NPR and the CPB.

Public Media Infrastructure, the new entity that hopes to play a growing role in supporting the infrastructure of public media stations, has named its board of trustees.
