PROVO, UTAH- Provo police received reports from two minors who said they had seen a man identified as Alan Platt naked in the window of his apartment while watching them. According to the police report, officers when they arrived confirmed that the man was naked. Upon obtaining an order, Platt was arrested on Wednesday and taken to Utah County prison on two counts of lewd conduct.
