Brantford, Ont. – The city is to benefit from $12.5 million in provincial funding to upgrade its water treatment plant to a UV disinfection and phosphorus removal system. The upgrade is expected to now only secure clean drinking water but to accommodate new housing construction and attract more private sector investments.
