Friars Overcome 19-Point Deficit To Defeat DePaul At Wintrust Arena, 69-59
CHICAGO, ILL. – The Providence College women's basketball team overcame a 19-point deficit to defeat DePaul, 69-59, at Wintrust Arena in Chicago, Ill. It marked the Friars first win all-time against DePaul in Chicago, snapping an 18-game winless streak on the Blue Demons' homecourt. Sabou Gueye paced four Friars in double figures with 17 points. Orlagh Gormley had an impressive line of 15 points, five rebounds, five assists and nine steals.
