Bottrop. At 5:04 p.m. yesterday, the Bottrop fire brigade was alarmed at a gas exit on Prosperstrasse in the district of Batenbrock. At the level of the railway bridge, between Ostring and Knappenstraße, a gas pipeline had been damaged during construction work. At the arrival of the operatives, employees of the network operator were already on site. In particular, high gas concentrations were measurable in the construction pit.
