ProRail heading for another year of too many major train disruptions; 391 and counting

ProRail expects to exceed the 520 disruption mark again this year. A spokesperson for the railway infrastructure manager confirmed this following reporting by the AD. In May, ProRail was already fined 2.75 million euros by the cabinet because that limit was also exceeded last year.
