Pro-Trump Influencer Admits Pulling Woman’s Hair in Tube Station Assault
She accepted a conditional caution and agreed to pay £910 in compensation after prosecutors said she pulled a woman’s hair at the station.
On Tuesday, US influencer Melissa Rein Lively accepted a conditional caution at Westminster Magistrates' Court, agreeing to pay £910 in compensation as the assault charge was withdrawn.
The legal action follows an October 11, 2025, altercation at Bond Street Underground station involving two sisters, where Rein Lively allegedly stumbled into a pushchair, sparking confrontation.
Prosecutors told the court Rein Lively pulled one sister's hair in a 'forceful manner,' while partner Philipp Ostermann allegedly shouted, 'You bloody Indians, watch where you're going.'
Ostermann, a 37-year-old German national, pleaded not guilty to three public order offenses, including two racially aggravated charges, and was released on unconditional bail until November 17 trial.
Rein Lively, founder of the 'anti-woke' public relations agency America First, previously sought a White House spokesperson position for President Donald Trump, though the administration ultimately selected Karoline Leavitt.
Melissa Raine Lively has admitted attacking a woman on the London Underground in 2025 and agreed to pay compensation, a British prosecutor announced today.
