Formula 1 star Max Verstappen achieved seventh place in a four-hour race at his race debut at the legendary Nordschleife in Germany. The Dutchman drove a Porsche Cayman GT4 on the 25 km-long Nürburgring circuit. "Racing is not just my profession, it is my hobby. The Nordschleife is at the top of the list of tracks on which I want to race, with its enormous length and narrow historical layout," Verstappen said.
Max Verstappen's outing at the Nürburgring Nordschleife this weekend wasn't in vain. The four-time Formula 1 world champion received his license at the German circuit on Saturday. This clears the way for participation in GT3 races at the Nürburgring Nordschleife, such as the famous 24-hour race.
