The petrol stations increased their prices on Friday at 12 a.m. – as usual every day. However, they are still below those which were in force on Thursday before the entry into force of the fuel price brake. On average, the prices of diesel and super in Austria fell by 8.1 cents, according to the ÖAMTC.
Diesel costs an average of 2.169 euros per litre on Thursday, Super 1.862 euros.
If diesel cost 2,249 euros on Tuesday, it was 2,252 euros on Wednesday, with super gasoline rising from 1,939 to 1,944 euros.
