Princess of Wales hosts England women’s rugby winners at Windsor

Yesterday, Catherine, Princess of Wales hosted a reception at Windsor Castle to mark England women's rugby team’s World Cup triumph in her first solo 2026 engagement.
As patron of the Rugby Football Union, Catherine, Princess of Wales, followed the Red Roses' campaign and organised a reception recognising their first World Cup win since 2014 and autumn victory over Canada.
At Windsor, the World Cup trophy was displayed and the players wore their winning medals while the Band of the Irish Guards welcomed them and Zoe Stratford presented gifts including a signed England shirt.

After a coach breakdown prevented a private tour, Catherine, Princess of Wales, wore a red McQueen suit and garnet necklace while joining a cowboy hat and lasso dance soon.
