Prince Rupert detached home prices fall nearly 20 per cent in first quarter - The Northern View

The average price of a detached home in Prince Rupert fell nearly 20 per cent during the first three months of 2026, despite home sales remaining largely unchanged from last year. Between Jan. 1 and March 31, 2026, the average detached home sold for $392,025, down 19.4 per cent from $486,596 during the same period in 2025.
