Prices of fuel not changing - NNPCL explain reason for scarcity

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited, NNPCL, on Thursday that the prices of petroleum products are not changing. NNPCL disclosed this in a statement issued by its Chief Corporate Communications Officer, Olufemi Soneye.
