The walk-in clinic at Tacoma Family Medicine in Dartmouth, N.S., will close its doors this weekend. The CBC's Amy Smith spoke with Dr. Colin Audain, president of Doctors Nova Scotia, about the pressure these sorts of closures can cause on the rest of the health-care system and what other options are available for Nova Scotians without a family doctor.
